Staff VEPGrants.
All VUSD staff working directly with students in Preschool through 12th grade may apply for one VEPGrant. The maximum grant size is $1,000.
Key dates for Fall 2026
- August 28, 2026 - Grant announcement and application released
- October 23, 2026 - Completed applications due by 10 pm, submitted online
- November 20, 2026 - Applicants notified by email
- January 15, 2027 - Last day for purchasing (must use district's purchasing options)
- Jan - June 2027 - Project Implementation
