All VUSD staff working directly with students in Preschool through 12th grade may apply for one VEPGrant. The maximum grant size is $1,000.

APPLICATION TIMELINE:
August 29, 2025 Grant announcement and application released
October 24, 2025 Completed applications due by 10 pm, submitted online
November 17, 2025 Applicants notified by email
January 16, 2026 Last day for purchasing (must use district's purchasing options)
Jan - June 2026 Project Implementation
